Which payroll software package training should i do in order to get a job easily as a payroll officer?

i just finished a cert III Business Administration at TAFE and i want to be a payroll officer. i now intend getting trained in a payroll software package that will help me get job easily.

MYOB & QuickBooks (make sure u learn to do payroll using them) - for small to medium firms or financial services firms;
Talent2's "Alesco", SAP's or PeopleSoft's payroll components, & Attache - for large companies payrolls.
