Starting a catering business--which hot food carriers are the best?

I'm starting a food catering service very soon and I've had the worst of times trying to find a hot food carrier that keeps the *entire* unit warm. Most of these "plug-in" food warmers only heat up one side of the bag. Any suggestions at all? Thank you so much!
