Best Answer:
If you are prepared to work for a lesser salary , the answer is in the affirmative!! The exposure will be higher like acquiring practical aspects of Company Law, Income tax Act, Sales tax Act and also practical aspects relating to accounting of stocks of raw material, finished products, work in progress, etc.,

A:
why he want to shift for lesser salary? He is in service industry. There are jobs in service industry it self if he don't like software industry. He has to see for quality of Life as a whole to get into a new job versus old.
