would you hire someone who had 10 years experience and who was older and not attractive...or someone who had no experience, was willing to learn, and was younger and verrrryyy hot? and why? lol just curious

I'd hire the hot chick cuz I'm a perv.

I'd choose the person with 10 years' experience. That way I know he's not screwing up and losing me money or time. Even if someone is eager to learn, they go through a learning period during which they mess pretty much everything up. :o) Experience is the key.
