I would like to work in hospital administration how can I go about getting on track to do this?

I am currently finishing up my undergrad in sociology. I have 12 years of experience working throughout nursing homes, agencies and hospitals. I currently work in an ER of a hospital in my city. I would like to work as a hospital administratior but wonder how to go about getting experience to do so and what career path to get on to end up there. Also, what are the earnings of a hospital administrator?

I agree with ammu...work on your master degree many Universities cover the are of Hospital administration.

You should complete Master of Hospital Administration,or master of hospital management in various reputed university, i knew one in apollo hospital hyderabad,conducting a course for this,and a indore college is also into this branch.this is a wise idea,my friend..go ahead ,best whises...
