It varies on experiance, job, location, your best bet is to go on a site like monster.com and see jobs posted with salaries. I will say I make more than I did with just working with AutoCAD.... Probably because of Supply and Demand, everyone and their mother things they know Autocad (yay I can draw circles and lines give me a job) but you can't fake Solidworks not as many companies use/need it.
