Do some people go to a community sometimes to get training for a bank teller?

If someone wanting to get a job at a bank do they go to a community college to do the training for that position? If someone applying for a job at a bank as a teller do automatically get hired without having to go to a community college for the training? Those who are bank tellers how did you get a job at a bank and where did you do your training at. Was it at the bank or before you applied for the job did you go to a community college to prepare yourself?

The best way to get a job as a bank teller is to first gain cash handling skills in another job and to learn good math and office skills. You can take community college classes in business math and basic accounting. You can also take computer and office machine related classes so that you will know how to use a 10 key by touch, type accurately and be proficient in the use of current software. Also, it is necessary to have a good credit rating and pass a criminal background check to get a bank teller position. The bank will generally provide on the job training if you can demonstrate that you have these basic skills when you apply for a job with them.
