Asked by Answers(;
I'm 14 and I just applied there two days ago. When it asked what I wanted to work as, I picked all 3 options, Bagging, Cashier and Floral deparment. Whats the easiest one to get if you don't have any excperiece? How hard would it be to get it?

Probably Bagging or the Floral Dept. I don't know what the rules are but I would think that you have to be at least 17 to get bonded which is a requirement for a Cashier. If the rules were not in place, you would probably be a better Cashier than most of the adults. Trust me on that... Good luck on getting the job. As long as you do not have a juvenile record and make decent grades, you should not have a problem. You might even try to get a job at Winn-Dixie. I don't know about the store in your area but the one in mine is having problems retaining good employees. You could get a little experience there if Publix does not hire you and try again. They should hire you after getting the experience at Winn-Dixie. One other thing to remember, get into their stock purchase plan when you are eligible. I had a friend that worked at Publix as a kid and became a CPA. It was his stock that made it possible to purchase a house. Good luck in getting the job. Publix is a great place to work from what I understand.
