DWIGHTDWIGHTDWIGHTDWIGHTDWIGHTDW
Which is higher, Assistant Regional Manager or Regional Director in charge of sales?

Best Answer:
Director would be higher than an Assistant Manager.

A:
Read Scott Adams books!!! Manager just as a director means unpaid overtime. The first title sounds like about 3000USD/month the other (Director is normally better) should be at about 5000USD/month. But it all depends on what company, how big the company is etc.

Titles are ambiguous and the responsibilities and authority level can vary from company to company. Based on my experience a Director level position is usually higher than a Regional Manager and Asst. RM would be below the Regional Manager slot. So if I were to take an educated guess, I would say the Regional Director is higher.
