Navy wife 0607
Veterinarian tech or dental hygienist for a Navy wife?
Asked by Navy wife 0607
I am a new Navy wife and now that my husband has got his future going I have to think about mine. I am deciding between two medical careers at this moment. Would it be better to be a veterinarian tech or a dental hygienist? What career would be better for a wife that has to relocate every three or four years? I have gone to college for two years for mostly general subjects and now I have to pick what my major will be. Thank you!

Best Answer:
dental hygienist, definetly!! every country has a need for dental care. and some places hire you 2-3 days a week paying $30-40 phr. which would be very flexible for family life and travel. plus, i have not seen many vet tech. jobs anywhere.
