It's for the school I am going to. I'm supposed to ask people who are already working in this field... What do you like the most and least about your work? THanks!

I work as a Unit Clerk for an ED. What I don't like the most about my job is answering the phone in the department. What I like the most about it is getting to see what course of treatment every patient gets and knowing the outcomes. I am in nursing school and it is very interesting almost like ongoing case studies!
