How could I get a job a an Environmental Health Inspector in catering establishments?

I have my NVQ level 1 in profesional cookery, Health & Safety, Food Hygine and First Aid certs. I live in Watford Herts, UK. Any help or advice would be really appriciated.

Ask at your local college. You may well need to get NVQ 2 to be an EHO but they might be able to get you in the right direction, or go to your local council and ask them, ask to speak to their EHO and ask them how they got started. It's something I've been wondering about too...so good luck.
