Finding an Engineering Job In the USA?

I am currently living in Australia doing a Mechanical Engineering Apprenticeship, I also have Pressure Vessel welding cert for TIG. Experience in MIG and MMAW. D class electrical license. Disconnect reconnect cert. I am looking to live in the USA, perhaps the Texas area? for several (2-4) years. I am after any information as to how I may go about finding work. thanks in advance.

Join an American company that does work in Australia then ask to be transferred. But you don't want to live in Texas

Look on job boards, apply for jobs, etc... good luck

Oil drilling company in Texas I heard. Use monster.com, indeed.com. find out about your certificate and license, will it be good in the US.
