What is it like to work as a technical support associate for Google?

I'm thinking of applying for job in google as a technical support associate, I've heard a lot of good stuff in having a career in google and how different they are from most corporate work place. What is it like to work as a TSA there? How is the working environment in google?

It's the best place in the world to work. Your chances of getting a job here are very slim. google gets thousands of resumes everyday from people such as yourself.
