I am 41, and a Mom. I have all of my jobs listed on my resume, and most of them have been P/T. I think it looks better than having GAPS in your resume. Sometimes a HR Manager will ask WHY (you weren't available for full-time employment), and you can explain. In my case, I was raising children. Good Luck in your job search! I start a new P/T Job, TODAY! :o)

PT experience shouldn't be left out in the resume. This is how most of us managed to navigate through college. At least this shows that you took a proactive approach towards gaining experience rather than just waiting to complete college to seek a full-time gig. Also, if you have room in your resume, list the approximate number of hours worked.
