Did you handle large sums of cash? Did you do managing duties as well? Did you serve in a high-volume restaurant or was it more fine dining? Did you have a big wine list or maybe 30 beers on tap? Did you help book acts for the bar or come up with your own recipes?
Use what you did that is different or that you got some extra training, stand out a little.

I'd play up the service aspect, such as provided exemplary service to a diverse clientèle, or provided empathy and professionalism to patrons, also capture the creative portion with any signature drinks you might have had, and dealing with crowds and working under pressure and stress would also be things to highlight.

When listing duties, just name a few things, & let it be. The word "bartender" is pretty self explanatory.
