How much does a juice bar manager make?

I am opening a juice bar in Hollywood, FL. It is located inside of a dance studio. I am looking for someone to work the juice bar M-F from 10-6. The will be expected to make juices, smoothies, and sandwiches. Any ideas on how much to pay this person?

$10-12 an hour would be good.

Smoothie Juice bars can be a tough gig. Have you done any demographics to determine what your daily revenue will be? or your daily traffice? This is a good starting point. If you plan on paying out $1600 per month in salary, you better make sure that person will be generating at least $3200 in sales or your a bust. I would prefer that for every $100 I spend in payroll, those employees generate between $500 to $1000. The low end is pretty typical in the restaurant biz, the high end is higher class restaurant locations.
