Typically school nurses will make considerably less than a hospital nurse. You're paying for the good hours! It's roughly the same, maybe a little less than working in a doctor's office. A school nurse is employed by the school district and may be travelling to different schools in the district. I don't think they spend all day at just one school. You probably won't be able to get this job as a new grad. They usually require pedes experience, as well as ACLS certification. Good luck.
