How is the working enviroment at citizens bank?

Recently inquired about a banker position within Citizens bank, was hoping too hear from somebody who may have worked at citizens. Currently am a teller at wachovia, and was wondering if this would be the right move.

I have a friend who worked there and it appears that there are good professional systems and the environment is not only customer friendly but also employee friendly !!

It's a great place, wonderful people and wonderful custoemrs. They have a clean professional work atmosphere and promote from within. Theur benfit package is superb. They don't push you too hard and dont care if you make a mistake every now and then. They wash you car for free.
