How do I get a job at Publix?

I am 16 years old and I want to apply for a job at Publix. What is the application process like. What is on the test that you have to take to apply? What kind of questions to they ask you in the application process? Any tips to getting a job at Publix would be great. Thankx.

Well to apply you would have to go to a Publix near you and apply in the application center located in the front of the store. They will mostly ask you personal questions about your life and if you've had any work experience... They will give you a few questions ferering on how you would deal with situations on sertain subjects... It's not bad... When your done applying it would be good if you asked to speak with the manager n talk to them. Let them know you are really interested in working with them. That will show you are interested in working and might even give u a better shot at getting the position =] Good luck!!!

Be persistant... let them know that you really want a job....
