What is so fancy about a corporate receptionist?

I'm applying for Receptionist positions, but was also interested in applying for corporate reception positions, only they look slightly terrifying and seem to be only for the best of the best. What kind of skills should I put on my CV for such a posh sounding job? Yikes.

they're all the same. one just sounds more "prestigious" than the other because you'll be working for a company like deloitte or something, but all receptionists really do the same thing.
