Did you ever think of owning your own business? Are you successful in sales? I don't think it matters what you sell if you can sell. Go for the money. Work smarter not harder. I can show you how to make 1,000 - 10,000 per transaction and you'll own your own business. Its amazing and many professionals are escaping the 'corporate grind' to be successful at home!! Its footloose and fancy free and I'm lovin' every moment! I don't miss my J-O-B at all!!

Be at work everyday, work hard, do extra, ask for extra work, offer to work late, weekends, overtime etc. This is the type of person who gets promoted.

If you don't want to get an MBA, start to learn sales techniques and lingo. Learn how to persuade people in a way that is HONEST and doesn't compromise your morals. Lastly, learn how to manage other people. That's the easiest way to become a sales director. You'll have to learn how to manage projects AND the people responsible for them.
