Is it bad thing to use labor who don’t have jobs?

Or is it good? It can have opportunity to work for people who don’t have job. But why some companies have banned for using labor for very low salary?

Very good question, and quite a dilemma. I presume you are talking about hiring "illegals". In the long term, or mid-term it's a bad thing because of the message it sends and the substitution of that type of employee for other, localized labor. It's also myopic in that the hourly wage might be low, but the cost to society is huge (medical, school, welfare costs). Also it steals resources from the country of origin that may be best suited to get that country moving.
