Does anyone know of a way to land a desk job if I am a clinical physical therapist?

I would love to work for an insurance company as a physical therapist on a panel or a desk job for "rehab director". Looking for less hands on and more upward mobility in my career in NY.

It's easy to get a desk job just apply. Usually you need to be able to type, handle phones, and be computer literate. You can even go to a temp/ or job placement agency and get placed on assignments to gain experience.
