What is it like working in Office Max's IMpress printing department?

Can someone go in with little to no experience and do okay? How does one interact with customers (sit with them at a desk with a computer showing them what can be done, have them fill out forms, etc)? Is it a fun environment to work in? Can one easily screw up or do the machines do most of the work?
