Any ideas for a job relating to either computers or animals for a 14 year old?

It doesn't have to be working for somebody. I don't mind making my own business. I just want to make money. If you have any suggestions relating to animals or computers, I'm all ears. Ok. Pet sitting/walking/caretaking won't work. Any other suggestions?

You can't legally work unti 15, but could work for someone you know. Maybe someone who owns a pet shop

Work at a pet shop, at the pound, at a computer cafe. If you have any friends/family or neighbors with dogs see if they would pay you to walk their dogs, etc.

You could petsit for someone in your neighborhood going away for vacation, you could offer to walk dogs, you could offer to take care of someone's dog who works late and can't get home in time to feed/walk/let it out etc. I used to have a friend who did that and it worked out pretty well.

Well, since you're meant to be 16 to work it'l have to be something that isn't necessarily prof.
If you like animals so much why don't you volunteer down at a shelter or vets then as soon as you're old enough they will most likely give you a job. Or maybe offer to dog walk, put up a poster in the local post office? Old people love dog walkers.

walking/pet sitting for people in your area legally you are too young to work if you are in the U.S. except for things like paper routes which are not in your criteria so walking/pet sitting dogs and other animals.
