does an AA in general studies help at all in the job market these days?

I am pursuing a BA in managment but already have an AA in general studies. Will this help me in the job market at all? What kind of jobs will i qualify for with this degree?

There are a lot of jobs that don't require a Bachelor's degree. It's all about how you present yourself and your personality. If your personality fits the team and if you look and sound educated, I think you will find a job easily. Whether it's in IT, Marketing, Sales, or even in Management that can exceed $100K.
