How should I dress for an office manager interview?
Asked by Ladyluck
Also, what questions should I ask, I know not to ask about salary, vacation, etc. because I already know the answers from a person who works there. Please help! I don't want to over dress, but definitely don't want to flop w/ an inappropriate outfit. The office has approximately 20 workers.

Always dress for the job you want ... not the job you have
It's always better to be overdressed than underdressed.

Full business dress. Nothing flamboyant - including makeup & jewelry.
Do not deviate from this - not even a little. Once you get the job, there is always the chance to dress down, especially if others do so.
Dressing well reinforces the impression you want to present - professional, polished, and managerial!

no such thing as overdressing. Always better to err on the side of being more formal.
