how much should you start out making in a payroll position?

I have some college exp and will be doing payroll for about 50-75 people. It is a construction co. so I will have to deal with uion dues and certified payroll. Can someone give me a good starting rate an hour. On top of that I will be doing a small amount o A.P. on the side. Help me know how much I should work for.
