what do the doctors test for during the CDL medical exam?

in yahoo answers some peole said the Dr just checks VISION, BLOOD PSI, HERNEA, COLOR BLIND, BLOOD SUGAR, DRUG SCREEN but from my old sports physicals i remember the Dr checking more than that...im guessing the Dr will check my testies ryt & what will the testfor a girls exam?
