I'm a u.s citizen and finished BA psychology in the philippines. I've been a CNA for 2 years already here in the U.S and planning to get BSN as my second career in the philippines. Will it be hard for me to get a job as a Registered nurse here in the U.S if I already have a CNA experience and get my second career which is BSN in the philippines.

Different states have different requirements for nurses educated outside the US. You might want to start with the state board of where you will be living and see what they have to say.
