What is the difference between Drafter and Architect?

Aside from pay, har har. What is the relationship between the two? Achitect draws plans, gifts it to the drafter, and the drafter...does something and gives it back to the architect. I'm considering Landscape Architect for a career, I must understand these things.

An architect is a visionary who sees an idea and designs it into function. A drafter is a tradesman who makes that idea readable by the contractors.
