As terrible as it may seem , the first impression in an interview is everything. A nice professional hair cut is a step in the right direction. The question to pose to yourself is - If you were to style your hair neatly, say pulled back does it look professional? Also, can you accomplish the job safely with long hair? Have you had a chance to meet anyone who works for the company and see what they're stand is on dress/hair? Do you see long haired workers on their job sites? If I wanted to be sure that there was nothing holding me back , I would opt for the hair cut to get in the door, then once there and comfortable if its not an issue grow it out - it is only hair afterall it will grow again. Hope that helps.

No need to cut unless you're really worried about it. The last thing you want to do is cut it into a style you're not sure how to style, or worse doesn't look good. Just keep it neat and professional looking.

The question you have to answer is "How important is your hair to you?" Is it more important than a job?
If it doesn't matter, cut it. That will save you some hassle and make you look more professional.
If it matters a lot to you, go as is to the interview. If they don't hire you, you'll never know if it was your hair or not. Then pursue jobs that don't care about your hair.
If it were me, I couldn't stand wondering if my hair cost me a job. I'd cut it unless it means more to you than a job. Always err on the side of more professional.

What do you know about this company and its culture? Do you know people who work in a similar position an have hair the length of yours? How are your skills and experience? If you have top notch skills and experience and someone that companies would compete to hire the tolerance for individual appearance may be higher.
If you don't know any of this, then usually in positions with large companies where you are soliciting new business for the company, the company will want a candidate that is the least offensive to a wide spectrum of potential customers.
That said, getting your hair trimmed before the interview would eliminate that as being a reason that you don't get the job. (though you would probably never know that is the reason) You can always regrow the length once in the company and you know what their policies are.
Good luck

Damn, dude! Try working on your English skills before your interview more than your hair! "I am having a job interview?!" It's "I HAVE a job interview..." and we won't even mention the many other mistakes afterwards. Professional means communicational skills, not only looks.
