How much do line cooks make in the UK per hour? Someone with 5-10 years experience?

Sorry, I'm an American cook. A line cook is responsible for a station in the kitchen such as grilling, sautee, deep fryer, or expediter (ticket reader and assembles orders for service) The hot side of the kitchen is called the "line" in American kitchens. The other common type of cook would be a prep cook who makes soups and other items to be ready for service.
