What is the salary of a circulation supervisor or home delivery supervisor?

I work for a newspaper with a circulation of 15,000 in tenessee. I have recently been promoted to home delivery supervisor also known as circulation supervisor. I report directly to the circulation director. I feel that maybe I don't make as much money as I should. Does anyone out there work for a newspaper of about the same size? How much is your salary???

That's a tough job, I did it for a year as a District Sales Manager. I wouldn't do it for under $35-$40k for just the down routes alone and the 2am wake-up calls to hear somebody's excuse for not showing up.......It's the highest turnover position in the newspaper field. Try to get into single-copy sales asap. You'll burnout especially if the pay is low.
