I have a biology degree and want to become a Nurse anesthetist. What is the fastest route?

I have a degree in biology and have been a paid EMT for 4 years. Does anyone know of any programs that I could go into that don't require the RN first?

Best Answer:
All programs require that you be an RN, and have critical care experience as an RN. Emergency medicine is not nursing, they each have a unique skill set. I would try an accelerated nursing program to get your BSN, then go from there.
