How can you become an apartment assistant manager/leasing agent?
Asked by Monica P
Most apartment complexes are looking for someone with previous experience...but how can you get previous experience with no experience?! I was wondering if there are types of college classes or trainings you could take to better your chances for these types of jobs. Any answers are appreciated, thanks!

Like, give the owner a little slap n tickle and you should have that job (or any job) in less than, three minutes? That's how I got my big break in the porn industry.

No classes. You can break into property management by being hired by a property manager as an assistant then learning the ropes. If they don't have an advertised assistant position, make a good case for yourself as to why they should hire you to do all the things they don't have time for...maybe it will only be part-time to start but it will get your foot in the door

i dont think there is really any classes or training i think if they like you they will hire and train you there. I dont think there really isnt much to the job. But i wouldnt look into it cause those people lie, and just try to get as much money as they can from you even when your nice to them! But if you a nice caring person you will be great at it ! good luck!
