Medical Billing?

Any suggestions for good online medical billing training? I would like to pursue a medical billing job and am looking for the best way to go about it. I have heard about online courses, but with so many options, I am not sure which ones are good and will ensure a job afterwards. Thanks =)

If your community college doesn't offer it online, I would say go through the AAPC. Click on the tab that says Med Billing: http://www.aapc.com/education/online-medical-coding-billing-courses.aspx
