In HR (human resources) what are the top 3 fields in it? HR Manager, HR Director?.....thanks!?

I am doing a report on HR, and since there are too many fields in this I only want to discuss a few, therefore I wanted to know the top 3 or 4..Thanks so much!!!!!

I'm a Senior HR Specialist, so I think I can answer your question. You need to differentiate between the hierarchy of HR jobs, and the fields within HR. The main fields are: - Recruiting - Training - Compensation/Benefits/Pension - Health & Safety - Employee Relations - Sometimes HRIS (although this is usually part of the IT department more so than HR) Job titles that are not field-specific (like HR Generalist, HR Manager, HR Director, VP of HR) usually manage multipe fields.
