What do I need to do to become qualified to operate a forklift?

Details: - I am only 17 - I need the qualification to meet OSHA Standards for Arizona thank you Where do i go to attend?

Typically it involves a one-day course you attend, which will give you classroom and "hands on" experience on a forklift, at the end of which you will get an OSHA certified "forktruck operators" license. Last one I went to it was a couple of safety movies, followed by a "here are the parts" presentation, then a chance to drive both a stand up and a sit down propane fork-truck, including a parking, reverse parking, serpentine (through cones) driving exercise, and a pallet lifting/moving exercise. nothing much really.
