What do you mean by "PRO"? A professional manager? A project manager? If you want to be an assistant to a manager in order to gain experience, look for NGOs and international agencies in your area (such as UNDP, UNESCO, CARE, OxFam, etc.), and visit the office of each. Have your resume that details your academic credentials and work experience, and lists references (contact information for people who can attest to your character and skills). When you visit each office, tell them you are looking for volunteer work, entirely unpaid, and that you would like to gain experience by helping a manager with his or her duties and responsibilities.
