Since ‘First impression is the last impression’, and since influences a potential employer so profoundly that it may even persuade the final judgment., please dress professionally at the time of a job interview, Please choose navy or dark gray color for your suit. A long sleeve shirt will be good .

I think for your first day you should wear slacks & tie. Once you see how the others are dressed you can wear dressy casual after that if that's how they dress there. It's better to be over dressed than too casual.

Dress casual, yet nice. Perhaps a pair of khakis and a nice cotton shirt with a tie. Make sure you are nicely groomed-(clean shaven-or if you have a beard or mustache-trimmed and neat). Some nice, but subtle aftershave. After your first day, you can see what the "office norm" is and adjust your wardrobe!

Don't dress for the job, dress to match your aspirations. If not a suit, at least a jacket and tie. Don't let casual dress lead you into a casual interview. Good Luck.

If you want to make an impression on your client ( in hopes of being offered a permanent position later on ), dress well. Business casual at a minimum. Shirt and slacks. Tie is optional but recommended, as is long sleeved shirts. No jeans. No cutoffs. No sandals or sneakers. No T-shirts with strange words on them - this is NOT the time or place to make your ideology known. Have a decent haircut.

My fail safe in this situation is just to contact the agent that placed you in the position. They have every detail behind the posting, and what they do not have, they can get. Remember, you're temp agent is there to help you in every way possible. So long as you're making money, they're getting their commission. If you don't have time to get this answer, wear a button-down shirt, some nice pants/slacks, and bring a tie in the worst case scenario, you'll see that everyone is dressed more casually (which means that you'll be able to take off the tie and loosen the top button of your shirt to fit in!).
