The starting salary is not much. One new hire goes so far as to call it unlivable, but another says that if you can handle a humble lifestyle for a little while, you can even manage to save a little dough.

Just out of curiosity, did you get an email from a job placement agency telling you that they found your resume online and want you to fill out an an "application" for this position? The reason I ask is that I kept getting emails from some company claiming that they were filling various administrative positions, one of which was William Morris. I also got emails for positions with TJ Maxx, and Lockheed Martin. All of these jobs paid wayyyy higher than industry standard, even in the DC area that I live in. The "application" asks for information about your cell phone carrier, and also solicits information for online college degrees, so if this is the root of your question, RUN!! It's a scam.
