Are there certain certification exams restaurant workers need?
Asked by nikki
I am trying to figure out what, if any special courses you will need in the restaurant field as you move up the ladder from server to assistant manager to general manager to sous-chef to executive chef and then finally restaurant manager? Any help would be appreciated!
