Go to a local post office. Many of them will have hanging up a list of the date, time and place where you can take the exam.If not - go to a local unemployment office and ask if they have the info.. YOu use to have to fill out an application to be accepted to take the postal exam.I am unsure about how that goes nowadays. After having gone over your app. then they would send a letter confirming that you are able to take the exam - and the same letter would let you know where and when the exam was to be held...As you can tell - I have taken the exam before - though when offered a position - I discovered that it paid less than what I made working for the State - so I turned the offer down...That was years ago - so a few details might have changed!
A piece of advice to anyone taking the postal exam - listen and DO exactly what they say during the exam - they use it to also see how well you LISTEN to orders!
