What is a good website to search for jobs that require a bilingual person (English/Spanish)?

My first language is English but through school and study abroad, I speak, read, and write Spanish fluently. Where can I find an employment website that specializes in jobs that require bilingual (English/Spanish) employees? I'm especially interested in education and social service jobs, and the jobs could be located either in the U.S. or in a Spanish speaking country in Latin America or in Spain. I also have an M.A. in Spanish literature and pretty good computer skills: MS office, HTML, dreamweaver, photoshop, etc., but I don't really want a job in computer programming since I'm more of a 'people person'
