I'm bitter about the economy, about jobs and about the gas prices, How about you?
Asked by Vantage Point
I know I'm not the only one in dire straits.
How can I not say I bitter about govt' corruption, lobbying and outright stealing by politicians who take away the food from my table?
I'm really bitter about the available low paying jobs. I was employed for the last 25 years. Now I can only find low paying jobs. I just came from Sea World employment office. I was applying for a Electrician opening and a Maintenance Assistant position. I was interviewed for the later and did not make the cut. I was told that there were 200 applicants with more than 20 years experience applying for the job! Wow!
It is so hard to get a good paying job... I manage to get by with loans from friends and family.

Yes, you hit it right on the butt, I have been applying for a second job to augment my income, four years ago I do not have to get another job as my income is sufficient to support my family, but now, I am finding it hard to live by with my current income. this is due to rising prices of commodities like, gas, electricity, food, clothing and shelter. I am bitter too, knowing that those politicians whom we voted were the one enjoying themselves and getting richer by the day out of our blood and sweat. The one thing that these crocodiles from the government does not realise, is that, they are sucking their constituents blood dry because of their incompetence and greed.

I don't like the gas prices. Concerning jobs, I don't really care what I get paid I just need a job. I just got fired from Walmart and am trying to find a new job and for me it's not easy. I'm only 23 so it's not about the low paycheck I care about just that I have a job and the employer has respect for their employees.
If you don't have enough food try food stamps or see if your city has a place where they help people who are low on money and need food.
