I need a job here is my resume I live in Maryland !
Objective: To find an entry-level role in an organsiation that values customer service as one of, if not the, most important area of operations and where I may use my skills to provide the best possible standard of service in accordance with company procedures and policies to clients.

You have not indicated the position that you are applying . In case, your previous jobs are different from the type of job that you are now seeking, then an objective communicates your decision to change careers, and hence change, if required , can be made !

The resume needs a little work. if you take it to the local job service, and they should be able to assist you.
PS: Your objective is weak and too long. Shorten it a bit and make it pop. Remember, this is the first thing an employer sees when they look at your resume. Also, be sure to send a cover letter ALWAYS. Even if the ad doesn't ask for one, include it anyway. Alot of times this is what gets your resume read in the first place.
