What are other jobs in culinary besides a baker and a pastry chef?

I'm writing a research paper about being a baker and pastry chef and can't find any jobs that are similar.

All pastry chefs are bakers. Not all bakers are pastry chefs.

A:
There is a position which is called saucier, they make sauces. sous-chef they assist the chef and chef de partie which does a variety of jobs from pastry chef to saucier.
