How much do executive assistant's make in small non-profit organizations?

I work for a small but growing non-profit film festival in Glen Cove. I work closely with the Executive Director. I have knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and two fundraising programs called Tessitura and Raisers Edge. Salary is in re-negotiations. Please advise.

It varies HUGELY, depending on the size of the organization and where it's located. An organization in Los Angeles is going to pay more than in, say, Smith's Grove, Kentucky.
